<description>Well, this Pilates program might be what you&#039;re looking for:

http://www.perfect-body-toning.com/free-Pilates-exercises.html

You can do it at home, 3-4 times per week for about 30 mins per session, after your cardio routine. Or if you prefer, split your cardio and Pilates - one day Pialtes, one day cardio and so on....

You&#039;ll love the results of Pilates. I want to share with you the most powerful part about doing the exercise -

It&#039;s in the sheer act of pulling in your navel back into your spine and keeping your belly always scooped, in every exercise movement, that&#039;s gonna grow you real strength in your abs, butts, thighs/hips and back.

You&#039;ll strengthen your abs, butts, thighs/hips and back and sculpt them into leaner, &quot;longer&quot;, slender shapes. You won&#039;t bulk up.</description>

<description>Can anyone give me sample Pilates Exercises to tone Arms,Abs, and Buns only? Just pilates No weights please.?
I have very broad shoulders for a women, and I dont want to bulk up on my arms and shoulders using weights. I know pilates tones and lengthens your body so I only want to do pilates to tone up with 45 minutes of cardio also. Im 25 lbs over weight by the way. I have a toddler at home and cant go to the gym yet so I do all my workouts at home. Could anyone please give me a few sample Pilates exercises to tone my upper arms, buns, and abs? I am also eating very healthy, cutting out all white carbs and doing only whole wheat and lean meats and veggies, fruits...the whole nine yards. Ive been eating like this for a few months now, but just started to work out a few days ago with just cardio. I am now ready to add pilates into my routine. Thanks a lot everyone for your help!!!

<description>What are the limits of your acceptance regarding male grooming...?
Regarding mine.
-I trim my beard (every other day), I find a shadow look good on me
-I shave my chest and my stomach (every week). I find that it defines my pectorals and my abdominal muscles better
- I Don&#039;t shave my arms or legs, most guys I go to the gym with do it. I do however trim my armpits( every other week)
- I don&#039;t have hair on my back so no need to do anything there, but if I had I would do something about it :)
- I trim my pubic hairs (every week)
- I get a haircut (every 3 weeks)
- Due to the nature of my work/education I find that getting a male manicure is accepted. I work with patients in a hospital and I need to have clean hands (monthly)
- I use facial cream when I have an occasional outbreak in my face.
- I Use hand cream constantly, (maybe 2 or 3 times a day). In my defense, it is also a antibacterial
- I pluck my eyebrows, (every 2 weeks) yes I have an unibrow, but I just pluck the middle part, I don&#039;t like feminine eyebrows in a man
- I do enjoy shopping for clothe and have a great deal of them in my closet, (when I had time I would go every other week to the store). But most recently all my shopping has been carried out by my girlfriend, she knows my taste
- I have a diet (5 days a week) weekends are off. I do however eat kosher, I&#039;m jewish
- I do yoga (every other day)
- I exercise (run 30 min) every morning, or evening depending on my schedule for that week, but I only go to the gym twice a week.
- I like to have a tan, and during the summer (which is about 8 months out of the year here in miami) I go to the beach often. No tanning beds for me (I live blocks from the beach so I go almost every week, but I don&#039;t use protective lotion when I feel that I need a tan, so maybe I tan 2 or 3 times a month
- I get teeth whitening (every 7-9 months) depending on my dentist
- I get teeth cleaning (every 5 months)

And that&#039;s all I can think of. Took me a while tho

I am asking about your taste. My girlfriend love that I take this much care of myself so there is no problem between us. But I have had girlfriend that find my grooming a little extensive for a guy.

What about you. What are the limits of your acceptance regarding male grooming?
The second time I ask this. Just curious.

		<description>electric bike recommendation?
I am looking for an electric bike for exercise for under $500. I want electric because my area is very hilly and I want to get exercise but I&#039;m just not in shape enough to make it up the hills without some help. Ideas for the best in my price range?

<description>What is the best abdominal exercise to loose inches? I have arthritis in my lower back and fibromyalgia.?
I also had twins, one with c section and the other vaginally. So I had my stomach muscles torn in both directions. I AM NOT LOOKING TO BUY ANY EQUIPMENT OR DIET PLANS. I firmly believe that someone knows something that will help!

<description>Best way to do a home ab workout w/o machines and other crap...?
I&#039;m a 22 y/o female and I&#039;d like to do exercises at home to work on my abs. Just good ole exercises that don&#039;t involve any machines, weights, or other crap. What moves should I do? How many? How often? Also if you know any good moves that would shape my obliques that would be awesome!!!
so far i&#039;ve been doing sit-ups / crunches... i also do them while lying on my bed because the floor always hurts my back.
